Utilities Assistance (REACH)
For over 30 years, PG&E's REACH program has helped low-income families keep their utilities services turned on in times of hardship.
The REACH program helps you pay for energy during a crisis. The Salvation Army Concord can help process applications for the program
PLEASE NOTE: REACH is available only once within a 12-month period and customer must qualify for the program. Please call 925-676-6180 ext 007 for more information or to apply.
You are also able to apply for REACH assistance directly through Dollar Energy’s website at www.DollarEnergy.org

Unfortunately, we do not have funding for rental or deposit assistance. Below please find some numbers to contact regarding rental assistance. You can also call 211 or go to 211.org to ask for further agency information.
